1) The uninstall and update process doesn't delete your patients files. But we recommend you to copy them to a safe place of your desktop PC with Microsoft ActiveSync. These information are located in the two following folders of your PDA :

• \My Documents\HP_Archives\
• \My Documents\HP_ActivePatients\

2) If necessary, copy your modifications done with the to your desktop PC. These information are stored in the file "\Program files\Handy patients\Labels.txt" of your PDA.

3) If necessary, copy the template of the and the

on your desktop PC. These information are located in the two following files :

• \Program files\Handy patients\Admission template.rtf
• \Program files\Handy patients\Out letter template.rtf

4) Uninstall Handy patients 2.1 (If you don't do so, you will get two versions of Handy patients on your PDA).

5) Start the setup file of Handy patients 2.2.

6) Copy the three last saved files ("Labels.txt", "Admission template.rtf", "Out letter template.rtf") back to the folder "Program files\HandyPatients\".
