Handy Patients Enterprise is an electronic healt record that works on themed pages that are grouped into categories.
A page may be an admission form, appointment history, preview of a document to be printed or anything else you might need.
A category groups several pages together by theme. For example, pages necessary for a consultation, complete display of a patient’s state, details necessary for patient admission, medical assistants or invoicing.
Anything is possible because you decide what your requirements are.
The electronic medical record is initially supplied with a standard structure that fills the needs of most users. Then we modify the structure together in order to meet your more precise requirements.

Drug prescription
The prescription tool enables you to easily find the drugs by category or by general search, establish its dosage and characteristics and then make the entry in the prescription.
In two clicks a drug can be prescribed. The third click prints the prescription.
Practical tests in medical offices showed that a doctor produces a prescription of 5 drugs in 8 seconds on an average (patient’s address, date, prescribed drugs with usage information, printing the prescription sheet).
Address book
An address book in the Handy Patients enables you to directly manage the list of all colleagues with their addresses. It is, therefore, not necessary to purchase address management software.
The other benefit is that while writing a letter to a colleague, the address is inserted automatically. The addresses can also be printed on C4, C5, C6 envelopes.
Mailing and SMS
With just one click you can send any information you wish to, to all your patients, to a subgroup of patients or to a particular patient. And this via SMS or e-mail.
Fixing appointments
You can identify the patient calling you even before you answer the phone. The capturing of only a part of the number displayed on the phone is enough to identify the patient and any other piece of information related to that patient (last name, first name, date of birth, phone number, address…).
Then just one click on the date of requested appointment on the medical calendar records the appointment.
You are then free to add comments to this appointment, add specific colour, move it...
Drafting a consultation
Drafting a consultation is done by default in accordance with the international SOAP standard (Subjective - Objective - Assessment - Plan). This system is greatly appreciated by doctors as it enables to structure the medical information and thus helps reason out the patient’s treatment.
From this point on, you are free to modify this system at your own convenience.
Data entry assistant tool
In a few clicks you can enter all the information of a consultation without having to use your keyboard.
Better still the information grouped into themes ensures that you have not forgotten to ask a specific question to a patient or carry out a particular examination.
For a doctor not used to writing with a keyboard, the tests in the medical practice showed that the data entered in Handy Patients is as fast as or even faster than using handwritten methods. Invoicing
Handy patients offers many opportunities for billing and adapts to the specific needs of each physician. You can print invoices directly in the office with automated support by our software. Invoices can also be sent electronically to a billing center or trust center. The recall management and litigation is automated. Thus, the accounting is also automated with the bookclosing of your accounts, on the end of the year, by sending the accounting documents to the trustee. Handy patients offers a comprehensive, simple and automated solution that will be your best companion to relieve you of all these administrative tasks. By viewing this page, you can directly determine the number of patients who have yet to be vaccinated, the type of vaccine administered, the date of each appointment and the number of vaccine remaining. Laboratory
Handy Patients Enterprise has a laboratory module compatible with the major laboratories in Switzerland.
With this module the doctor can prepare these specific groups of tests by selecting them in the catalog. This catalog is scalable, it is possible to add new types of examinations as required. This feature of groups creating represents a significant time savings for the doctor, because in one click, the laboratory project is ready, then he will have to send the request to the laboratory or if it is internally treated the laboratory assistant may direct watch the request.
The results are received and incorporated into the software where it can be seen in graphs or data tables. They can also be printed in different forms for each patient according the needs.
As required, the billing may be related to laboratory analysis to optimize the working time.
Different devices can be connected to the laboratory software, provided that they offer the possibility.
Consultation of the patient records with iPad, iPhone and smartphones
With this tool for remote access you can view the patient information via your iPhone, iPad, or any smartphone or Web browser. On the road you can always access to your data! Access to information is of course secure.
